I have been on my pre-op diet since Wednesday. My diet is 1 week of 2 Protein shakes and one Smart Ones frozen entree(or comarable frozen entree) with no more than 13 grams of sugar. 5 days of the second week include only 5 Protein Shakes per day and Clear liquids and the final two days before surgery. I have my operation on the 24th. I will was on 1/17 and let you know what I lost in the first week.

So far so good on the preop diet,

Joe
