food scale definitely number one , Anti acid medications zantac 150 , chop sticks at dollar tree , measuring cups , myfitnesspal.com

MUG WARMER!!! I hate always having to reheat, and being in the liquid stage it is nice to just put soups in a mug and sit it on a mug warmer.

Have you come across anything post surgery that you can't live with out?
