I was released for elliptical and treadmill very early on but my do said arm exercises (especially over my head) needs to wait until 12 weeks post op. I didn't ask about crunches or sit ups. Just wondering when you were able to do these? Thanks!

Four weeks out. On the other hand, I had a perfect recovery and my doctor cleared me for all exercise at four weeks out. If I were you, I would ask my doctor.

This like so many things is very dependent on your doctors personal opinions of what you are capable of. Therefore it can be a very different answer for you then someone else so your doctor is the best source for this answer. Good Luck and enjoy the journey.
