I am 1 week post-op

Had surgery June 28, 2013

Here's my stats so far:

28lbs down total

16.7lbs down since liquid diet

6.7 down since surgery

I feel FANTASTIC! I am getting in an average of 60grams Protein

And my Water intake increases each day!

Also I am getting in all of my vitamins!

I hope everyone else is doing great!

My weight was 231 2 week pre op

I'm definitely not getting enough water or protein but I'm hoping that will get better.

I ate real food for the first time today. Purée egg salad. I was wonderful! For dinner I'm having 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt. Yum. Lol :-)
