I have been getting slight headaches often and wondering is anyone else getting them ??? I am 15 weeks post op.. getting in at least 6 glaases of water and 45 g of protein a day....Thanx so much.

Well, you need more water. You may be slightly dehydrated which could explain the headaches. Also, your protein is incredibly low. My protein drink alone has 32 gm's in it, and that is just one. By 15 weeks post op you really need to get that protein in now that you can! You are under the recommendations at just 45g a day. Also, have you considered a certain type of food you may be eating causing your headaches? I know that nightshades or eating more carbs or starches than protein can do it for some people, it's almost autoimmune.

I'd agree - we should be consuming 64oz of water per day, with or without the sleeve - and that's a minimum!

Also, my NUT has me on a minimum of 70g of protein per day...most days I exceed that.

If you're following the recommendations you were given, try exceeding them and see what happens!

You may be in ketoses and HA's are a side effect of that. Your burnin fat and that's a good thing right now.......it will get better, I took tylenol and it helped a lot. :)
