I'm trying to get everything in order and I need to vitamins so I was wondering if anyone knows any tricks. Like the cheapest place to get them, what works the best or how much? Also are gummy vitamins ok after surgery?

On the advice of my NUT, I use Flinstones Complete Chewables. I buy them in large quantity at SAMS. She does not want us to use the gummies due to calories and sugars in them. Of course all NUTS and Surgeons are different so you may want to ask yours. I take one in the morning and one at night and 2.5 to 3 hours apart from calcium. :)

I did the Bariatric Advantage twice a day chewable a because my doctor said they would be the best for me. I thought they would cost a fortune but it was actually only 1.99 for 25 of the convenient daily packs ( now you do have to take 2 a day) but still 1.99 for 12 and a half days isn't bad!!! I got them in the orange and they are quite good to me.

There are vitamins called bariatric choice at a store call Sprouts (I'm not sure where you live). They are specifically made for people that have bariatric surgery. It's a chewable multivitamin, and it doesn't taste half bad. They are also available online through Walgreens.
