When I first came home I was hungry too. And my whole family came over for a taco dinner. It was awful. I went and laid down in my bed. I had to remind myself that I made this choice for me and as hard as it is to follow through, I have to do this for me regardless of everyone else. After the first week, the hunger pains subsided and now I hardly ever feel hungry. It gets better! The protein shakes will help tremendously along with an acid reducer. It takes time but you will adjust. In the mean time, vent away! Good luck!!

Thanks ladies the support has been amazing I went out last night with my hubby and we went shopping for food for me Greek yogurt , soup , Popsicle all sugar free and low sodium and he made me farina very thinned out and I have to say I'm a happy camper this morning!! I even made it through my family's taco dinner so proud of myself!! Keep moving forward everyone we can do this!!!
