Back pain

I'm 16dpo and went out yesterday for a few hours. I noticed 30 mins before I returned home my lower back (right side) began hurting. It's pain mixed w throbbing. Anyone experience anything similar? No, my water intake wasn't much yesterday but I am urinating light yellow.
