I am at 6 months and I can eat about 1/2 of a normal sandwich. A 6 inch sub would be at least 2 meals for me at this point. For a while, things had to have a very strong flavor or it would taste fla

I am four weeks and a few days out. Before surgery I could easily down a 12 inch sub. Now I'd be lucky to finish just half the meat on a six inch. Forget the bread at this point. So far I haven't

I am almost 3 months out and I get a six inch turkey sub and have them hollow out the bread and pay for extra meat. Then I get them to cut the six inch in half and I have two 3 inch sandwiches to eat

I got a one-meat brisket plate last Friday to take home and was still working on leftovers a day ago! :o

I know, DonR...right now I am stacking up the leftovers...on my second day of eating my Lebanese plate and have leftover Thai and a half hamburger patty in fridge to eat on this weekend...I usually end up throwing leftovers out because I get tired of it

Me too I feel so bad because I was raise with the believe that throwing food to the garbage is a sin, but honestly for more than I try I just cannot eat that much. I am 7 weeks out and eating about everything but in really small portions. I dont feel deprivate from anything because once I eat and my sleeve feels full I cannot longer toletate even looking others eating, but with time I am getting used to. Sweets are my weakness so I realy have to avoid them but I have ice cream and I just remind myself to go run next day and do an extra lap. That makes me feel better.
