cream

Well I had some sugar free pudding tonight. No prob there. But I out just a small amount of whipped cream on it. The can said only 1 gram sugar. Well big mistake. Two minutes later...diarrahea! Not to sick but I guess that's what dumping is....anybody else have trouble with whipped cream?
