Protein

I cannot drink my protein shakes. I'm 2 weeks post op. I've tried whey protein and isopure. Does anyone have any suggestions for me. I hardly have any energy.

I make them into Popsicles. I can't drink them in shake form but they are way edible in Popsicle form.

You can get the flavorless whey protein powder & make your own. I didnt like isopure either- yuck! try the Premier protein shakes from Costco. I promise they are good. :0)

I will try it. Thanks everyone. Do either of you know where I can get the unflavored protein packets you mix in your drinks?

I have had great luck with the classic chocolate protein powder from unjury. I use two scoops of powder to one cup of skim milk for 26g of protein per serving! For others who have posted, can you get SMART other places than Costco?? I am a week out of surgery and looking for more options!
