Abdomeninal swelling ( fluid buildup?)

I'm 2 weeks post op. I've had a few issues with getting a bad rash and 2 incisions getting infected. Well, 1 incision came open Sunday. Saw the nurse today and she said keep steri strips on it. She wants me to come back tomorrow to see my dr though. She said she wants him to look at the swelling in my abdomen. She said its probably fluid buildup and it will correct itself but wants my dr to check it out. Anyone else have this issue? What was the outcome?

I didn't have the fluid build up issue, but I did get the rash. It was really weird because it was mostly on my sides...not sure why that happens? I hope everything gets resolved for you soon...

Hopefully it's just the inflammatory response & all will be ok. Better to get checked to make sure though!
