I am sure it has been asked a million times, but I am having trouble finding the list.

I would like to know what you think was the most important things:

1. to take for surgery

2. To have at home waiting for you when you come back from surgery

3. Things that just made life easier as you went on your band journey

Hi Audree,

I would stock my house with the followowing:

1. plenty of juices

2. Protein shakes or mixture with skim milk

3. creamy Soups

4. yogurt (you can have it in the liquid stage if it can go through a straw)

5. yogurt ice cream. that feels good.

6. mashed potatoes

I think that is a good start. and oh...GasX strips
