An adult complete Multivitamin, Calcium with Vitamin D, B12, and Biotin to decrease hair loss.

If your multivitamin has iron in it do not take it with your calcium with vitamin D. Yes and it should be calcium citrate.

i take a multi vitamin, biotin, hairfinity, vitamin d, fish oil, calcium, and msm. I know thats a lot.. but i also get about 80-100g of protein per day!
