Yay!! Good luck! PICC Line isn't bad. I just had one 2 months ago for lung surgery. My sleeve is next Tuesday and I am scheduled for a PICC line too. We are cheerin you on!!!

Thank you!!!! Okay, you would be the person to ask....is the picc line going to hurt????? I've never had one and really not totally sure what it is.

My date is 8/15 , but I find it strange that my surgeon never put me on a liquid diet ... But I think ill do a week of liquid diet on my own !! When I started this journey in January through kaiser I weighed 210 , I'm down to 196 ... But still I have a Lil concern that my surgeon didn't put me on a liquid diet !! Should I at least do one week of liquids?? Any feed back please !!

M y surgery date is a week from tomorrow. Had my last pre-op visit today. Little nervous about the whole procedure.

Im 8/21 and nervous as hell. I went on an eating binge all week tomorrow i start pre op food. Not liquids , i can have turkey and a few other things.

I'm I'm the same boat. I think I'm going to start a 2 day liquid diet. Super scared I won't survive it

Day 2 of liquids. Bleh! 11 more to go. I'm going to have to try silk or almond milk. My poor stomach can't handle the milk, but cheese, cottage cheese and other dairy items aren't so bad, but then again I never drank this much milk ever in my adult life. Bleh. I hope I like almond milk or silk otherwise I'm stuck suffering till my surgery.
