U went to buy a few things but came out with one thing! Smh....I can find nothing sugar free n low sodium i went to look for sherbet sugar free and the stores only have fat free sherbet, no low sodium cream soups. And no sugar free yogurt.....helpppp

I'm not sure what your Dr's requirements are. Mine is yogurt is fine as long as its under 10g of sugar per serving. I love the Dannon Lite and fit, both the regular and greek versions are low suger, usually 7-8g per serving. The greek is 12g of protein too. I found mine at Walmart.
