I was sleeve on june 4th is it normal for me to drink more then 3oz in lessw of 10 mins

The Water is cold and can't help to drink more I always been A big water drinker

Is it okay to drink more then 3oz of water in the a hour?

U went to buy a few things but came out with one thing! Smh....I can find nothing sugar free n low sodium i went to look for sherbet sugar free and the stores only have fat free sherbet, no low sodium cream soups. And no sugar free yogurt.....helpppp

I weent to the ER they did a ultrasound on my legs n calf. No blood clots. But they don't knw y it feels luke that

So im at the er cause im having leg issues and fearing of a blood clot but I weigh my self on tge scale I was 437 lb like a week and half before surgery and now im 414lb...

Is anyone had a issue wut their legs while laying down...like I feel light pain and and a warmth in the inside.

So I'm on the 4thday of post op and my intake haven't been great..I don't like jello or chicken broth my water intake haven't been great...idk wut to do.. how is it with you guys?
