I been taking chewable gas x the last two days and it has helped. I was just wondering I only 4 days post op. Is gas x okay ? Or can it irritate the sleeve?

I've never tried the chewable version, but many people here swear by the dissolvable strips! Since those are okay post-op (and widely used), I'd guess the chemical composition of the chewable version is okay!

Then again, I'm not your doctor .

What does your surgeon's office say? Before taking any new medication I always pick up the phone and ask.

I was using chewables it in the hospital. I just chewed till there was nuthin' left.

The strips were suggested by lots of folks but check with your doctor.
