Well, I've tried a 'practice' liquid diet today... It went very well, and I was never starving. I had Protein Jello, some G3, some egg drop soup/broth, and I found out one thing. If I don't eat, I don't drink as much - this is something I DEFINITELY need to work on, as I know I'll need to stay hydrated post-surgery.
Except for the bottle of G3, I didn't have any sugar/carbs except for the broth, and my blood sugar still didn't drop below 121
I'm doomed.
