No Dough Pizza

Just found this on Facebook. Haven't tried it yet, but what do you think?

Crust

1 (8 oz) package of full fat cream cheese, room temperature

2 eggs

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Topping

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

toppings - pepperoni, ham, sausage, mushrooms, peppers

Garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350.

Lightly spay a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray. With a handheld mixer, mix cream cheese, eggs, pepper, garlic powder and parmesan cheese until combined. Spread into baking dish. Bake for 12-15 minutes, our until golden brown. Allow crust to cool for 10 minutes.

Spread pizza sauce on crust. Top with cheese and toppings. Sprinkle pizza with garlic powder. Bake 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted.

Do you think the Magic pops could be used as a crust for pizza?[/quote']

You know I love my magic pops! I don't think they would "support" the sauce. it would get soggy easy. Perhaps if you pre toast them???

Well I can't find them here in Vegas but, I can't wait to CRUNCH on something!

Girl amazon they are worth it! I mean really besides the couple of bites of pizza I had I do not eat bread anymore. So these are great for tuna, hummus, etc...

Vegas ugh!!! We are going to be passing through there soon and the husband just told me its going to be 113!!! UGH!!!

Hey Don, I tried it...as I recall I used low fat turkey pepperoni and reduced fat mozzarella...it was good...IMHO NOWHERE near the real thing, akd so the 9x13 pan just sat in my fridge until I cleaned it out yesterday. For me, my Italian fix is better met w the ricotta bake the famous eggface has recipe for on her blog...at some point I will be like Laura Ven and have a couple bites if the real thing...just trying to delay that as long as possible because it is truly my favorite food!!

I just made the cauliflower crust tonight for dinner - delicious!!

Ok thx Laura....I'll order them from Amazon. I can't wait to crunch! When are you coming to Vegas?

I made this a while back. It was good but more like a frittata than a pizza. It was good but if you're expecting pizza you might be disappointed.
