Today I completed the minimum requirements that the trainer has people do before they can join the On Ramp Cross Fit classes..

500 meter row

50 squats

30 sit ups

20 pushups

10 pullups

Yes the pushups and pullups were modified..but who the F CARES!!! My time was 8:30..RAWR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
