No need to fear you will lose much more. We all hit stalls at some point. I have hit several stall throughout my journey. I am 5 month out now and I am presently in a stall. My starting weight was 297 I am 213 and have been for the past 2 weeks. So just stay focused on the big goal you have set for yourself. Stick to your diet increase your water and make sure you are getting in all of your protein that is required. Change up your exercise routine. Sometimes we have to push harder to get up the hill. Just know you are doing great you are down 40lbs in a month and a half something that beyond beyond amazing. Keep up the good work.
