My experience with 100 calorie packs? Little to no food and little to no satiety. I'll stick with some protein or veggies that will do the trick better :)

They are OKAY, I have had them at my parents house but they are not very good, I wouldn't buy them for my own place and not because they are "bad" or whatever, but if I'm going to buy unhealthy, non-nutritious food I'm going to buy something thats actually good, not something that taste like a cookie that didn't quite turn out.

Well said! If we are going to indulge then we might as well make it count.

Step away from the cookies....yes..if you are going to indulge...make it something great!!! not something that is full of chemicals....

I can mess with your head for sure.

I'm opting to pass on those Snacks. It's just not worth it.

I'm an addict and food is my drug of choice.

Btw, how's the fast going?

Girl grocery shopping was fun today. And then my skinny (underweight) 11 year old asked if I could buy him a pulled pork sandwich I almost jumped to kid as he sat in the backseat eating that! :P

It's going well actually almost done for the night and tomorrow is a normal day again. :) and my weight is finally moving again after two months!!!

Hopefully you've jump started your weight loss! Hooray for you!

Once I'm at 6 months I'm thinking of doing a veggie and fruit cleanse....

I'm starting Couch 2 5k Sunday and I'm stoked.

I read that (C25k) That's great! I'm on week one and I will be staying there for quite awhile! I'm not comfortable moving on until its easy for me.

I plan on proceeding with extreme caution as well. I'm still morbidly obese and don't want to hurt myself.
