    I had a very small amount today for the first time (I'm 11 weeks out today). It didn't give me any trouble but it isn't something that I have often because of all the sugar and carbs. I try to stick mainly with super low carbs. I LOVE me some ketchup but I won't let myself give in and have any of that just yet either.

    I am addicted to sugar so I work on avoiding sugar at all costs these days. When I have BBQ sauce, it tastes too sweet so I will have ribs or chicken without any sauces on them. But I do love BBQ grilled foods. :)

    I have had no problem with bbq sauce or not exactly sure when I started eating it but it would have been pretty early. I just always make sure to track it as best I can.

    I've had bque & ketchup...not alot...I had no problems. I LOVE both, but I used very, very little...I am nearly 13 weeks out...
