One week post-op (down 19 pounds)

Went to my one week appointment this morning and was shocked when it showed I weighed 216! One week ago I weighed 235! I am so happy. I was wondering though, what did others lose at their one week post-op?

    I was sleeved on 5/28 and am down to 197 from 209 (216 was my starting weight before pre-op diet. Congrats to you, that is amazing!!
