Did i sip to fast ?

I was drinking a protein shake today for the first time since the surgery and I'm thinking I might have sipped to fast does it make your stomach feel tight almost like there's gas there?

I thought I sipped slow enough

Yup. You might have just sipped too much at once, too. I usually take a GASx first thing in the AM before my first shake to get the air moving. It makes for a much more comfortable breakfast shake.

Yeah those GasX strips are fantastic!!!!! You will be able to drink and not think as much as time goes on. Just be patient and before you know it you will be drinking without thinking. haha that rhymed!

And when you feel like that, kind of like you ate or drank to fast or too much, walk some too! Walking really helps get that uncomfortable feeling gone quicker PLUS you get a little exercise in! Its a two-fer! Have a super day!
