Gas Pains

I had my sleeve done on 6/6/13. The gas pains were worse than anything! I stayed nauseous and in ALOT of pain from the gas! I am still hurting a lot but am able to control things with my pain meds and zofran for nausea. :/

I would still say its all worth it!

Yes walking is a big help! Also if you can get some GasX strips that really helped me for my gas pain! Just keep remembering that it is temporary and that you are on your way DOWN that hill! Keep up trying to drink as much as you can and follow the doctors instructions. There will be some trying times but keep telling yourself that it is all going to be worth it! You can do it!!!! Good luck on your new journey!
