Since I've had my sleeve 7 1/2 months ago I now always cramp the whole week before my period. Then when I start the cramping stops. So weird but I guess the changes toour bodies affect everyone differently. Good luck and if it doesn't go away soon I would see a doctor.

Make sure you're taking all your Vitamins, especially your Omega-3s and Calcium. Their good for cramps. Yes, your body is going thru hormonal changes, but also it is very common that with the reduced calorie diet you're not getting all your nutrients.

I have Endo so I know all about cramping, but when I take all my supplements, my cramps are severely reduced. Another really good supplement is Pycnogenol.
