Surgery in 1 week

I have started tryin for VSG for about 5 years. I am finally have it done with Dr. Borland in one week. I am excited an nervous all at the same time. The reason I have decide to have the VSG is because I have PCOS and have tried to get pregnant for around 6 years. We haven't been able to conceive even with Metformin, Provera, Colmid treatment. I changed OBGYN and she told me that she would refer me to a fertility specialist, but the first thing that he would want me to do is to lose weight. I started crying because if it was that simple I would've already done that and I explained to her I have tried every diet and excersise program know to man, but couldn't get the weight off. She said that it was the PCOS, but still needed to lose weight. That day I walked out of her office with tears in my eyes and decided that day I would have WLS. That was sometime February 2008. I since then have adopted 3 beautiful babies, they are my life, and I couldn't imagine my life without them. My husband and I love them so very much. I still would like to carry on my own. I am finally getting to have the surgery done next week. We are looking to complete our family with one more addition!
