Help 8 weeks out

Hello everyone. So I'm 8 weeks out today and I Can't eat much of anything. Even soft foods make me nauseous. Some times I eat and can feel the food scraping me as it goes down..when will this feeling go away? When will I be able to eat n not feel nauseous or have the feeling of something scraping me inside.

  • Are you taking a PPI? If not, you should ask your doctor about taking one. That could help.

Eat moist foods for a while, cut in small pieces and chew it really good....This will pass, it just takes time......

I wish I had the same problem. I'm 6 weeks out and am eating like I did before surgery. Now I wonder if I even got the surgery. No freaking difference at all.
