Smoking?

Before I start, I know smoking is bad for you, so dont bother telling me over and over again. I know most people on here smoke cigarettes, but I am wondering if anyone smokes ******? If you do, how long did you wait after surgery, and how did it effect you? Even if you smoke cigarettes, I am still curious how long you waited before picking one up again. Any experience you will share is welcome!

Ok so, I know I shouldn't....but yes I still smoke cigarettes. I could t smoke the first few days after surgery(made me sick), I shouldn't have picked up a cigarette again, because I was doing great without, but I did. My surgery was 5/20, came home 5/21, started smoking again 5/24. Hope this helps :-). I will say (for the nay sayers and the ones who want to lecture...please don't) I have cut way back.

Has this caused any negative side effects for either of you? I honestly feel as though I asked this question so if I were to decide to do it, I wouldn't feel totally alone.

Nothing for me....except that its a bad choice and blah blah blah ;-)
