Introduction

I'm from Tulsa. I had my banding in Dallas on June 22. I have lost 104 lbs. as of today. It hasn't always been easy. I still eat occasionally with my bad habits and have some productive burps or throw-up. I'm slowly but surely getting better about how I eat.
