Had my surgery May 24th at first regretted it! I hate protein shakes and water is awful! Food smells give me nausea.. I really want to be successful any ideas im open for anything!

Idk, if this will help but try Wyler's Light packets for ur water especially the strawberry lemonade kind...it will help with the taste for ur water. As far as protein get a flavorless one & put it in the water....u have 2 work ur sleeve dont let it work u. U CAN do this!!!!

I cant handle plain water yet, it makes me sick. But, water with Crystal Light works also G2 Gatorade and Vitamin Water Zero. I hope it gets easier for you!! Also, Walmart carries "protein shots" I believe they are 3 oz, taste like Hawaiian Punch and have 40 grams of protein! Good luck!
