Are you thinking of shopping online or in "real life"? ^_^ Online, the company "Celebrate Vitamins" has a website<---here, where you can enter in all of your stats and they'll tailor a set of vitamins to your needs--and they specialize in bariatric vitamins. Amazon. com might be a place to shop for the best buys, if you know what you need.

If you have a GNC store nearby, they're usually very familiar with bariatric patients and can advise you in person, so that you get the vitamins your doctor wants you to have.

Me, I take a Flintstones chewable, Celebrate calcium w/vit. D, 3 sublingual B12 tablets and 10,000mcg of biotin a day; I'm still waiting on my surgery date but I'm trying to get in the habit of daily supplements so I won't forget them post-op!

You're welcome! Good luck--your surgery is less than a month away, you must be excited!!
