Stomach spasms

For you post opers out there... Does it eventually get to where you can't feel the food entering your stomach? I'm 2 weeks post and can feel the food in my belly once it goes down...like it spasms.

Yeah it gets better. The spasms quiet down for some people and for others a trigger food will bring on spasms. Mine has mostly quieted. I thought I was doing real good and wasn't hearing or feeling anything for about 4 days and then something as simple as eating my family's hummus (my native food) brought it back on. Weird, right?

It definitely gets better. Feeling the food enter your stomach is a little weird at first, sort of like being pregnant and feeling the baby's movements (in a smaller way of course).

Thank you so much! It's something I could live with but was hoping it would go away! Thanks again!
