  • I am being sleeved on June 10th also! I am excited and slightly nervous about this huge life change, but I cant wait. Sometimes I just wish I could speed up time so it would get here already!

I saw my surgeon and I don't have to do a liquid diet before surgery. That is the best news I've heard this week.

I had it done June 10th also! I'm doing okay. The only real pain I have is on my right side (for some reason)...it's the same spot that was bothering me just after surgery. It's getting better...but

My surgery is scheduled for June 18th and I going through a mix of emotions. First I am nervous about the surgery than happy and scared at the same time. Scared mostly because some people got in my head about not having sleeve surgery. I just keep thinking, am I making the right choice?

I am going to try to bring as little as possible; less to keep up with! I know I have to bring my cpap, and I guess a change of underwear lol! But I'll wear clean comfortable clothes there so I can wear those home. They will make I put ona a gown right after getting there. And I suppose ur doc is right about the shoes too!
