What does your food plan from your medical team say?

I would just say that popcorn is for me, a slider food, I can eat a lot of it. AND it doesn't help meet my Protein goals. I'm almost 6 months out and when I do eat popcorn, the next day or two my weight is UP! Not what you want to see - so I now limit myself to once a month I have a little popcorn.

Check your food plan & see when it is allowed for you. Good luck!
