Stalls

I was sleeved May 15. I've already hit my first stall!! It started when I was able to go to cream soups. Is this normal? I had to stop walking for about a week because I overdid it, so I'm hoping the weight loss will start again. I'm only down 13 lbs. it's discouraging because I'm not eating very much.

Same thing happened to me.. I had surgery on March 13th.. I lost 14 pounds after surger and then I stalled pretty much the ENTIRE MONTH OF APRIL.. I lost only 3 pounds the whole month and those were toward the end. I even GAINED a few pounds at one point. My body is over its little freakout and I've lost 14 pounds so far in May.

Just hang in there. It's not easy but you just have to trust that your body will settle down and realize that you aren't giving up and it will start to comply!

A whole month? Ugh. Well I'm glad your body decided to behave itself. I'm starting to walk again so hopefully my stall won't last too long.
