  3. I'm drinking lots of water and taking Metamucil. I do not ever want to go through that again. On the upside? I lost 3 lbs after going!
  4. Holy cow! 106 lbs is amazing! Feel proud of yourself! I hit a stall about 2 weeks after surgery. I've put on half a pound here and there but it does come off. I know I need more exercise and apparently I need more water cause now I'm dealing with constipation. Fun.
  5. How in the world do you get so much water in? My intake is about half of what it used to be.
  6. Thanks for the suggestions! I obviously need some fiber so maybe I'll start using the clear citrucel or Metamucil. I don't ever want this to happen again. I also need to drink more water. The fiber gummies sound good too.
  7. Omg, I have never been so constipated in my life. Nothing is working. (Warning: TMI) I had to disimpact myself it was so bad. I feel awful. Does anyone else have constipation and how do you prevent it? I think I'm going back to liquids for awhile.
  8. I was sleeved on May 15. I've lost about 29 lbs. It's very discouraging to do what you're supposed to and put on half a pound. I don't understand why the weight isn't coming off faster like some stories I've read. Maybe I should have gone with the bypass but I was afraid of the malabsorption.
  9. A whole month? Ugh. Well I'm glad your body decided to behave itself. I'm starting to walk again so hopefully my stall won't last too long.
  10. Pickle juice? I love pickles! I get heartburn every time I try and take my night medications. Wonder if I can drink pickle juice. After all, it is a clear liquid right?
  11. You look amazing! I can't believe you're only 2 months out. And you don't have loose skin. I'm discouraged because my weight loss has already stalled 2 1/2 weeks in. How did you prevent the loose skin?
  12. I was sleeved May 15. I've already hit my first stall!! It started when I was able to go to cream soups. Is this normal? I had to stop walking for about a week because I overdid it, so I'm hoping the weight loss will start again. I'm only down 13 lbs. it's discouraging because I'm not eating very much.
  13. Good to hear tootie! I'm 8 days out. I went to a restaurant tonight for the first time. I had a cream soup and I think it must have been a little rich for my stomach. Definitely couldn't eat much of it but my stomach stopped growling! Maybe I just need more substance to my food.
  14. Oh my gosh, that is such a relief! It does feel like growling and gurgling.
  15. I really don't think it's head hunger because my stomach growls and feels uncomfortable. I really don't like it and it's one of the reasons I chose this surgery over the others. Hunger has always been a big deal for me. I HATE being hungry. I am on an acid reducer.
  16. Thanks! I'll try that.
  17. I was told after surgery that I wouldn't be hungry at all. I am. It's not psychological hunger either. Does this go away? I had surgery on May 15.
