Not such a great belly day

So, I was sleeved on 5/15. Today, I have had scrambled eggs and yogurt and my stomach has not been happy. Had a little puking. A bit of diarrhea. I have had both foods earlier, but not the same reaction. I may just stick to the yogurt for now. Maybe eggs are too harsh. Who knows? Anyone else feel like this is a guessing game?

No not really. I have a pretty extensive eating plan from my nutritionist. She's been excellent at laying out exactly what I need to eat and what interval. I was warned up front that eggs could be tricky and they were. In a month or so they were fine. I was on liquids and purees for 6 weeks and when I got to solids, I pretty much could eat anything. I've never had a problem with any foods since.

I definitely am in the guessing game phase...it's all trial and error with me. Welcome to the club!

I was sleeved on 5/13 and have been great up to this point. But I too don't like eating. Have eaten yogurt and no problems. But little chicken yesterday and today white fish. Gave me pressure, burping, felt full for an hour. I will stick with Greek yogurt from now on... Even the Protein Shakes make me uncomfortable....yogurt has 16 grams of Protein. I'll just eat it from now on. It will be trial and error for the next few weeks for us. Good luck.

I had my procedure on Tuesday, and even Water makes me feel bloated gassy and full. I use to drink a gallon and a half a day and now I can't even get the 64oz down. Constant diarrhea, nausea, bloating, etc. and the less I eat the weaker I feel. Good news is the surgeon said people who are like that have the greatest weight loss results and can tolerate more foods later on. I'm going to incorporate Probiotics and sugar free Popsicles.
