Hey all, I haven't posted in a while, I was sleeved last July and I'm down 80 pounds, I'm 20-25 pounds from goal and my losses have slowed down. I know this is normal and I was also involved in a car accident over a month ago. I got diagnosed with scoliosis and horrible whip lash from my neck and shoulders to my lower back, so I can't exercise. Seems the pain gets worst the more I move. I try to walk when I can and I also work in a restaurant, always on my feet.
Anyways, I'd love some advice in how to kickstart my losses again. I track on MFP and my goals are 7-900 cals., 60-80 protein, 40 or less carbs (usually less, most days) and I drink my fluids, 70-100 ounces. Main thing is I can't exercise and I'm in a lot of pain most times of the day. How did you kickstart you losses to get that last few pounds off??
