sugary food

before my surgery i hate any sugary food

but now after one year of my surgery i always need candy , cake and choclate

its not just adesire i feel om in need for

any one feel the same why?

Nope I am the opposite.

I would buy 3-4 bags of different M &M's and eat them in bed while I wathed TV in the morning or at night now even a little apple juice makes me cramp so bad.

Only thing you can do is not put it in your home and you need ot envoke your will power. Is it worth it? ITs not.

I can stand sweet and sugary any more, robs me of the energy. Perhaps you need to go see the doctor about your blood sugar, that could be giving you the problem.

are you taking enough B-12? Go have a metabolic panel done. That should tell you alot about all these questions you are posting.
