I had my sleeve April 8th and am down 32 lbs ... I get what you are saying about pain ...I call mine twinges ... lol if you are in alot of pain, I would get that checked... that can't be right...??? I do struggle with eating too fast and that causes me great discomfort when I do.... chest and back pain... I have had this happen 3 times now... and I always get mad at myself for not eating slow enough... also can happen if your food is not small enough (esp. meats)... other than that I am a happy with everything so far... especially the weight loss and size is shrinking... :) yipee.... should have done this years ago....
