Pre-Op Diet Update

Good morning everyone,

Good luck to all of you being Sleeved this week. Our prayers are with you. I have been on my Akins type pre-op diet for 6 days now. Stepped on the scale this morning and WOW, down 18 pounds. Surgery date is a week from tomorrow. I am so grateful to all of you for sharing your stories and the information that you all share.
