hi people i whas sleeve 15 april 2013 i did 30 day liquid diet before the operation i whas 441 and now i am 369 ..ok here my question why when i bend over i come very dizzy and almost past out

Guesses here... Orthostatic hypotension? Anemia? Are you on any new meds? Try an iron pill for a week and see if that helps. You should call your doc tho and ask the nurse what she thinks. Can't hurt.

I'm still pre-op, so don't know for sure, but I have heard post-op folks say that happens when they're not getting enough protein. Are you tracking your intake? Seems like 60-80 grams a day is preferable, maybe more if exercising a lot. Getlownurse, is right...talking to your doc is a good idea.

I have the same thing happen to me often...i am severely anemic. Be very careful with that....eventually you will pass out.

I have this issue also, I am mildly anemic so I've never worried, I'm just careful. But I've heard many other people in my support group have this same issue, most are not anemic. I'm just guessing our bodies are changing so significantly so quickly the blood flow and everything is re learning how to travel through our bodies, so were a little more fragile in that way.... That's my guess =) hope it helps
