Sleepy and achy

I am just over one month out and have had an easy time of it. Last week I became so sleepy that I just want to come home from work and go to bed. Last night I went to bed at 7:30pm. I slept about 12 hours. Today I was out shopping and my legs and arms became achy and sore. And I'm still sleepy. I have a terrible headache. I'm not sure if that related or not. I am taking my vitamins , getting liquids in and protein. Any ideas what I could need or what's going in here?

There are certain vitamin deficiencies that will cause these symptoms as would dehydration. Or you could just be sick? If it continues, it wouldn't hurt to follow up with your nutritionist. My surgeon requires blood work 1 month post op (like 12 vials). Would tell if you are missing something in your diet.

I have been having to force myself to drink all day but I don't think I'm dehydrated. Maybe I caught a bug. My head is pounding and Tylenol didnt touch it...
