Contact your doc or go to the ER. That is the number one symptom of a blood clot.

If it feels like you have had a bad muscle cramp, its swollen, red, and can barely walk on it, that would be a red flag for blood clot. I had one in 2007 (from birth control) and it was very painful. Whatever you do, do not rub your legs until you know for sure! Hope all is well!
