My doctor said I was fine as along as I didn't feel any pain. I was doing elliptical at 2 weeks, and was back doing Zumba at 3 1/2. :)

Dr told me I can do the elliptical At 2 weeks post op. I can't lift past 10 lbs until 6 weeks.

I love the elliptical. It has little impact on my joints and seems to give my body a run for it's money.
