I'm being sleeved at the end of the month...my surgeon says I'll be in the hospital for 3 days. I'm just wondering if that's average?

I was sleeved 5/8 at 430pm, went home exactly 24 hours later. I didn't have any additional hernia to repair or gall bladder to remove. The quicker you get home the more active you will be, the quicker you can recover. Good luck.

I was done on a Wednesday at 730am and went home Friday 11am. I am lucky my doctor scopes you after the operation so no other test after you wake up.

I stayed 3 nights/4 days. I stayed an extra night because I couldn't get my fluids and meds down. Once I could I was discharged.
