What are your requirements? Full liquids? Soft foos?

Soft foods

my NUT had recommended for my soft food stage eggs, soft beans, flaky fish, cheese, chicken chopped very fine, tofu...have you tried any of these?

I'm three weeks and in the Puréed stage. I open a can of chunk white meat chicken and mix it with Miracle Whip and chop up the chicken very fine. I eat it on a Ritz cracker. I know it isn't purée, but I crave crunchy, so I eat the cracker to mush and swallow it in tiny increments, chasing it down with Water. Space ONE BITE apart every five minutes.

I also like a scrambled egg. It takes 1/2 hour to eat it. And, I like Luby's baked white fish. Eat it to the point of mincing it up. It's good! (Luby's is a cafeteria franchise in Texas).

Having trouble getting my protein down. I got to 41 grams today. I just get full so fast even with the shakes. Water is getting easier. Suggestions?

do you have a blender where you could make your shakes icy? that helps me get them in
